No, we do not charge a separate call-out fee. Standard hours for plumbing and gas work are charged at $90+ GST per hour, plus a $35 vehicle fee within the Hamilton Boundary.
After-hours work is charged at $220 + GST per hour, plus the same $35 vehicle fee within the Hamilton Boundary. All pricing is explained upfront before work begins.
Outside of the Hamilton Boundary, we charge $1.35 per km.

Yes. Pipeline Plumbing provides commercial plumbing and gasfitting services for businesses, schools, and commercial sites. Services include commercial fit-outs, hot water systems, drainage, gas installations, maintenance programmes, and emergency repairs, all completed by certified professionals and carried out to NZ Building Code requirements.
Yes. All workmanship is carried out by Certified Master Plumbers and is backed by the Master Plumbers Guarantee, which provides 12 months’ protection with cover of up to $20,000 for eligible residential work.
Yes. Pipeline Plumbing provides plumbing, gas, and drainage system design for new homes. Systems are designed to suit the home’s plans and lifestyle, with advice provided on efficient layouts, products, and technologies. All designs are completed by certified professionals and meet building consent requirements.
